The average number of friends for a facebook user is approximately 190. Therefore, for each user there can be lot of daily feeds from their friends to keep track. Not all feeds are important, but important ones are not to be missed. We address the problem of identifying important news feeds from the clutter of un-important ones. An important feed(i.e, a user's status or a post) which receives high responses(likes or comments) is called an episode. In this paper, we propose a ranking scheme to determine episodes(i.e., important feeds) through a number of parameters like frequency of communication between the friends and the user, sentiment polarity of the posts and the comments and influence of the post on the user's friends. Our solution will be available as a facebook app for the users.
